Security Camera Installation Across Southern California

Professionally designed CCTV and IP camera systems for homes and businesses. 4K resolution, true night vision, mobile viewing, and surveillance you can actually rely on when it matters.

What security camera installation means when you work with us

Talk to a real technician

No phone trees. No high-pressure sales. Just clear answers from people who do this every day.

A security camera system is only as good as the people who designed and installed it. We’ve seen too many properties left with blurry footage, blind spots over the cash register, cameras pointed straight into the sun, and DVRs no one can log into. That’s the problem we set out to solve.

Global Low Voltage designs and installs complete surveillance systems — from a handful of cameras on a small storefront to dozens of 4K IP cameras tied into a centrally managed NVR. Every system we build is matched to the property: the field of view, the lighting, the network, and how the owner actually plans to use it.

Surveillance matters most when something goes wrong. A loss prevention claim, a slip and fall, an after-hours break-in, a delivery dispute — clear, timestamped footage protects you. That’s why we focus on placement, resolution, and night performance instead of just selling you more cameras than you need.

Our typical clients are restaurants, retail stores, warehouses, multi-tenant buildings, medical offices, and homeowners across the Greater Los Angeles area. Whether you need a residential 4-camera system with mobile viewing or a 32-channel commercial deployment with on-site and cloud storage, we engineer it to fit.

What you get with us: a licensed technician on every site visit, equipment we’d install in our own buildings, a fixed written quote, and a real human on the phone if you ever need support after the install. No subcontractors, no surprise charges.

Why clients keep calling us back

True 4K Clarity

License plates and faces stay readable when you zoom in — not pixelated guesswork.

Real Night Vision

Color night cameras and IR-optimized models so 2 a.m. footage is as useful as 2 p.m.

Live Mobile Viewing

Watch any camera live from your phone, get motion alerts, and pull clips on demand.

Deterrence That Works

Visible commercial-grade cameras stop a surprising amount of trouble before it starts.

Local + Cloud Storage

Footage stored on-site and optionally backed up to the cloud so you never lose evidence.

Wired or Wireless

PoE for stability where it counts, wireless where wiring isn't realistic.

Everything covered in your installation

IP & 4K Cameras

Bullet, dome, turret, and PTZ models from brands we actually trust — Hikvision, Dahua OEM, Hanwha, and others.

NVR / DVR Systems

Right-sized recorders with 1TB to 32TB of storage and the channels you need today plus room to grow.

Wireless Camera Options

Battery and PoE wireless systems for properties where pulling cable isn't practical.

Mobile & Remote Viewing

Secure smartphone, tablet, and desktop access with proper port forwarding or cloud P2P.

Night Vision & Low Light

Color-at-night, true 0 lux IR, and starlight sensors for parking lots, alleys, and back-of-house.

Cloud Backup & Storage

Off-site recording so footage survives even if a recorder is stolen or destroyed.

Loss Prevention Design

POS overlay, entry-point coverage, and angles tuned for retail and restaurant claims.

Video Storage Planning

Calculated retention — 30, 60, 90 days — based on resolution, frame rate, and motion settings.

Security Upgrades

Replace aging analog systems, add cameras to an existing NVR, or migrate to a modern IP platform.

Built for the buildings you operate

A five-step path from first call to fully tested system

Consultation

We start with a no-pressure call to understand your space, goals, budget, and timeline. You'll get straight answers, not a sales pitch.

Site Assessment

A senior technician walks the property, measures cable paths, photographs problem areas, and confirms what will and won't work.

Custom Design

We deliver a written scope, equipment list, and fixed quote — engineered for your building, not pulled from a template.

Professional Installation

Our W-2 technicians install on schedule, clean as they go, and treat your property like their own. No subs, no surprises.

Testing & Ongoing Support

Every drop is tested, every camera is calibrated, and you get full documentation plus a real human to call when you need us.

Frequently asked questions

How many security cameras do I actually need?

It depends entirely on your property. A small storefront might only need 4 — entry, register, sales floor, back exit. A 5,000 sq ft restaurant typically lands between 12 and 20 once you cover bar, kitchen, drive-thru, dining, and exterior. We walk every site before quoting so you aren’t oversold cameras you don’t need.

Traditional CCTV (analog) runs over coax and tops out around 1080p with limited features. IP cameras run over network cable (Cat5e/Cat6) and offer higher resolutions, smarter motion detection, and remote management. 4K is simply an IP camera at roughly 8MP — sharper detail and better digital zoom, which matters for license plates and faces. We’ll recommend the right mix based on what you’re trying to see.
Yes. Every system we install includes free smartphone and tablet apps for live viewing, playback, two-way audio (on supported models), and motion alerts. We configure secure remote access during the installation, walk you through the app, and make sure it works on your phone before we leave.
Standard installs are sized for 30 days of continuous recording at full quality. We can extend that to 60, 90, or more days by adding hard drive capacity, lowering frame rate, or using motion-only recording. For sensitive sites we also offer cloud backup so footage survives even if the NVR is damaged.
No — cameras record locally to an NVR even without internet. Internet is only required for remote viewing on your phone, cloud backup, and email/push alerts. If your internet goes down, recording continues uninterrupted.

Let's design a low voltage system that just works.

Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll send a licensed technician to walk the site, answer your questions, and put a written quote in your hands — usually within a few business days.
